Technical Help for AI Startups, From Solo Founder to Scale-Up

Pick the stage you're at. Each path lists the fixed-scope offers that matter most right now, delivered by NomadX and its specialist sister practices.

AI changed who starts companies. More products are now built by one or two founders with AI coding agents, and some of them reach real revenue before they hire anyone. What hasn’t changed is the list of things that go wrong on the way to production: data that leaks, bills that spike, security reviews that stall a deal, and code nobody can explain to an investor.

NomadX is an AI agents consultancy and AI-native software studio in Dubai. This page brings together the offers we and our sister practices built for startups, grouped by the stage you’re at. Everything is fixed scope, so you know what you’re getting before you start.

Frequently Asked Questions

What kind of startups does NomadX work with?

AI startups at three stages: solo founders building with AI coding agents, seed-stage teams chasing their first enterprise customers or a raise, and scale-ups with many engineers and AI in production. We're based in Dubai and work with founders in the UAE, the GCC and globally.

Do you only give advice, or do you build too?

Both. A fractional AI CTO owns the technical decisions, and the NomadX practice team builds, secures and tests what gets decided. Specialist work like penetration testing, cost governance and load testing is delivered by our sister practices listed on this page.

How do you price startup work?

Every offer here is a fixed fee for a fixed scope, or a fixed monthly fee for ongoing work. We don't bill hourly. Send a short request and we reply with the scope, price and start date, usually within one business day.

Where should a solo founder start?

If you have users or are about to, start with a vibe code audit. It tells you in five business days what has to be fixed before launch, a customer deal or a raise. If the app is solid and you need ongoing senior judgment, start with the fractional CTO instead.

Can you help us get ready for investor due diligence?

Yes. Raise-ready technical due diligence prep is part of the fractional CTO engagement: we review the codebase the way an investor's reviewer would, fix or document the red flags, and build the technical data room.
