A Production MVP in 7 Days, Not 3 Months
Senior engineers directing AI coding agents, spec-first, with automated tests and CI/CD from the first commit. You get a live product with real users on Day 7, then weekly iterations.
You might be experiencing...
Most MVPs fail on time, not on code. By the time a traditional agency ships version one, the pilot customer has moved on, the funding window has closed, or a competitor got there first. NomadX is an MVP development company in Dubai built around a different promise: a production MVP in 7 days, live with real users, then weekly releases after that.
We are an AI-native software studio inside an AI agents consultancy. Senior engineers direct AI coding agents such as Claude Code, Codex, and Cursor, working from a written spec, with automated tests and CI/CD from the first commit. That combination is what makes AI-native MVP development fast without being fragile.
How does the 7-day MVP cadence work?
The 7-day cadence is four fixed phases: a written spec on Day 1, a clickable prototype on Day 2-3, build and test on Day 4-6, and production launch on Day 7. Every phase has a concrete output you can see, so there are no “we’re 80% done” status calls. After Day 7 we ship weekly.
Day 1 - Spec & architecture. We run a focused workshop and turn it into a written spec the same day: the one core workflow, user flows, data model, integrations, and stack choice. The spec matters more in AI-native delivery than in traditional development, because it is the contract the coding agents build against. A vague spec produces vague code. We cover why in our piece on spec-driven development.
Day 2-3 - Clickable prototype. You get a shareable preview URL with the core workflow clickable end to end. It is built on the real stack, not in a design tool, so nothing gets thrown away. This is where you show it to two or three target users and we adjust the spec before the heavy build.
Day 4-6 - Build & test. Auth, payments, integrations, and the LLM feature get built in parallel. Agents write the boilerplate, migrations, and test suites while a senior engineer reviews every pull request against the spec. Automated tests run on every change, and every merge deploys to a preview environment you can open on your phone.
Day 7 - Production launch. We deploy to production with CI/CD, monitoring, error tracking, and LLM tracing switched on. You get a handover session, a runbook, and a prioritized backlog for week two. Your MVP in 7 days is live on your domain.
What fits in a 7-day MVP?
A 7-day MVP fits one core workflow, sign-up and login, payments, one or two integrations, and one LLM feature. That is enough to put a real product in front of real users and charge for it. Scope guardrails are what keep the date honest, so we agree them in writing on Day 1.
Here is the scope we commit to:
- One core workflow. The single job your product does for a user, end to end. A booking flow, a document review flow, a quote-to-order flow.
- Auth. Email and social login, roles if you need a simple admin view. UAE Pass can be added for UAE products (see our UAE Pass integration guide).
- Payments. Stripe subscriptions or one-off checkout, with webhooks and receipts.
- 1-2 integrations. A CRM, a calendar, WhatsApp, an internal API, or a data source.
- 1 LLM feature. Document Q&A, an in-app assistant, classification, or structured extraction, with cost tracking and a small evaluation set.
What does not fit: multi-sided marketplaces with complex workflows on every side, three or more integrations, large data migrations, and regulated platforms that need formal audits. Those still start with a 7-day first slice in production, then grow in weekly increments. We would rather tell you that on Day 1 than on Day 6. If you want to see how budgets compare across approaches, our MVP development cost guide for the UAE lays out market ranges.
Why is AI-native development this fast?
It is fast because the slow parts of software delivery are now parallel. AI coding agents write boilerplate, tests, and migrations at the same time, while senior engineers spend their hours on architecture, review, and the decisions that actually need judgment. Spec-first work and proven reference architectures remove most of the rework.
Four things do the heavy lifting:
- Agents in parallel. One agent builds the payments flow, another writes the test suite for auth, a third scaffolds the admin view. A senior engineer reviews and merges. This is the agentic SDLC in practice.
- Spec-first. The spec is detailed enough that agents produce the right thing the first time, and reviewers have something concrete to check against.
- Reference architectures. We don’t design auth, billing, or deployment from scratch for every client. We start from tested templates on stacks like TypeScript and Next.js or Python and FastAPI.
- Managed infrastructure. Managed Postgres, hosted auth, and platform deploys mean no week lost to servers. Our comparison of Supabase vs Firebase vs Convex explains how we choose.
The difference from vibe coding is discipline: every change is tested and reviewed, and you own a codebase a future team can work in. We go deeper in vibe coding vs AI-native engineering.
What happens after the MVP launches?
After launch we switch to weekly iterations. Each week starts with a short planning call based on what real users did, and ends with a production release. You keep the same speed you saw in week one, applied to features your data says matter, instead of a roadmap guessed months ago.
A typical build looks like this: launch on Day 7, add a second user role in week two, a second integration in week three, and a richer AI feature in week four once you have real usage to evaluate against. Some clients keep iterating with us for months; others take the codebase in-house with a clean handover. Either path works, because the code, the tests, and the accounts are yours from the start.
Rapid MVP development in the UAE
For founders and innovation teams building for the region, rapid MVP development in the UAE comes with specific requirements, and we bake them in rather than bolting them on.
- Arabic and RTL. Bilingual interfaces with proper right-to-left layouts, not mirrored afterthoughts.
- UAE Pass. National digital identity login for products that need verified users.
- Data residency. Hosting in Azure UAE North or AWS me-central-1 when PDPL or a client contract requires data to stay in the country.
- Mobile first. If your users live on phones, we build the MVP in Flutter or React Native, or pair a web app with a mobile client. See our mobile app development service.
We also work with global clients remotely, and the 7-day cadence is the same wherever you are. For a longer walkthrough of the process with examples, read how to ship an MVP in 7 days with AI coding agents, or browse the full AI-native software development hub.
Who is this for?
This works best for founders who need a live product for investors or first customers, and for corporate teams who want to test an idea without a six-month procurement cycle. If you already know the product will be a large SaaS platform, start here anyway and grow it through our full-stack development service. If the core of your idea is an AI assistant or agent, our LLM app development team builds that layer.
The fastest way to find out whether your idea fits in seven days is a 30-minute call. Bring the idea; we will tell you what the Day 1 spec would contain and what would move to week two.
Engagement Phases
Spec & Architecture
Workshop with you, then a written spec: the one core workflow, user flows, data model, integrations, and stack choice. The spec is what the AI coding agents build against, so it is precise and signed off the same day.
Clickable Prototype
A clickable prototype on a shareable preview URL, built on the real stack. You click through the core workflow, show it to users, and we adjust the spec before the heavy build starts.
Build & Test
Auth, payments, 1-2 integrations, and one LLM feature built in parallel by agents under senior review. Automated tests run on every change, and every merge deploys to a preview environment you can open.
Production Launch
Production deploy with CI/CD, monitoring, error tracking, and a handover session. Your MVP is live with a real domain and real users. From here we iterate in weekly releases.

Tools We Use
Frequently Asked Questions
Can you really build a production MVP in 7 days?
Yes, for a scoped MVP: one core workflow, auth, payments, 1-2 integrations, and one LLM feature. AI-native MVP development makes this realistic because AI coding agents write boilerplate, tests, and migrations in parallel while senior engineers own architecture and review. Anything beyond that scope moves into weekly iterations after launch.
What does not fit in the 7-day MVP?
Multiple user roles with separate complex workflows, more than two third-party integrations, heavy data migrations, native hardware features, and regulated platforms that need formal audits (core banking, medical devices). We still start those with a 7-day first slice and then ship the rest in weekly increments, so you always have something live.
How is this different from vibe coding or a no-code builder?
Vibe-coded apps skip the spec, the tests, and the review. We use the same AI coding agents, but every change is checked against a written spec, covered by automated tests, and reviewed by a senior engineer before it merges. The result is code you own and can scale, not a demo you have to rebuild.
Are you an MVP development company in Dubai?
Yes. NomadX is an MVP development company in Dubai working with founders and corporate innovation teams across the UAE and GCC, and with global clients remotely. For UAE products we handle Arabic RTL, UAE Pass login, and PDPL-friendly hosting in Azure UAE North or AWS me-central-1 when data residency matters.
What happens after Day 7?
We move into weekly iterations: each week starts with a short planning call based on real user data and ends with a production release. Many clients run 4-8 weeks of iterations to reach product-market signal, then either keep us on or take the codebase in-house with a clean handover.
Who owns the code and accounts?
You do, from Day 1. The repository lives in your GitHub organization, and hosting, Stripe, and LLM provider accounts are opened in your name. There is no lock-in: a rapid MVP development engagement should leave you free to hire your own team later.
Which tech stack will you use for my MVP?
We pick the stack that fits your product and future team. For most web SaaS MVPs that is TypeScript and Next.js with PostgreSQL; for data or AI-heavy products, Python and FastAPI; for mobile, Flutter or React Native. We work in any mainstream language, so we can also match a stack your existing team already knows.
Can the MVP include AI features?
Yes, and most of ours do. A typical AI-native MVP ships one well-scoped LLM feature, such as document Q&A, an assistant inside the workflow, or structured extraction, with prompt caching, cost tracking, and a basic evaluation set from launch day.
